Types of cheats - Encrypted (UPDATE!!)

Oh, right, an update, after *almost* 2 years!

Well, well, well, let's begin!

  • Name: aimbot
  • Type: clientside playerhack
  • Description: Gives the player an unfair advantage by aiming (and eventually firing) for the player. Used frequently with wallhacks.
  • Chance of encountering: High
  • Ease of detection: Easy
  • Notes: None.

  • Name: wallhack
  • Type: clientside weaponhack
  • Description: This kind of cheat allows the player to see and fire through walls. Used frequently with aimbots.
  • Chance of encountering: High
  • Ease of detection: Very easy
  • Notes: Some players might lag so much that people might think the guy's cheating (but we don't let laggers live too long on our servers :D).

  • Name: speedhack
  • Type: clientside playerhack
  • Description: Makes the player faster.
  • Chance of encountering: High
  • Ease of detection: Easy
  • Notes: There's a bug that makes the server think that you're cheating when you strafe and jump on stairs. It automatically bans you after a short while...

  • Name: noclip
  • Type: clientside playerhack
  • Description: Allows the player to fly through everything and eventually to be invincible.
  • Chance of encountering: Medium
  • Ease of detection: Very easy
  • Notes: In AC, there's a bug that sometimes allows the player to fly freely. I think it was removed, but I don't really know.

  • Name: godmode
  • Type: clientside playerhack
  • Description: Makes player immortal.
  • Chance of encountering: Low
  • Ease of detection: Medium
  • Notes: Some players might mistake godmode with lag.

  • Name: norecoil
  • Type: clientside weaponhack
  • Description: Disables recoil on weapons. Often used with rpmhack.
  • Chance of encountering: Medium
  • Ease of detection: Medium
  • Notes: None.

  • Name: noreload
  • Type: clientside weaponhack
  • Description: Instantly reloads player's weapons.
  • Chance of encountering: Low
  • Ease of detection: Kinda hard
  • Notes: None.

  • Name: infammo
  • Type: clientside weaponhack
  • Description: Gives infinite ammo to the player. Often combined with noreload, to maximize effectiveness.
  • Chance of encountering: Medium
  • Ease of detection: Medium
  • Notes: None.

  • Name: allweapons
  • Type: clientside playerhack
  • Description: Enables all weapons for the player (Examples: LSS, OSOK, ect.)
  • Chance of encountering: Low
  • Ease of detection: Very easy
  • Notes: Me and Death once saw a cheater who was throwing grenades in TOSOK. It was damn fun to ban him (especially because those grenades did almost nothing, buahahaha).

  • Name: fakelag
  • Type: clientside/serverside clienthack
  • Description: Makes the player 'lag' while he actually doesn't lag. Often used with spinhack.
  • Chance of encountering: Medium
  • Ease of detection: Medium
  • Notes: Guess what, some players lag naturally too. This cheat is actually not a big problem because we always kick laggers on our server, so-to-speak.

  • Name: spinhack
  • Type: clientside playerhack
  • Description: Makes the player look like he's spinning. Often used with fakelag (really annoying, I swear).
  • Chance of encountering: Low
  • Ease of detection: Very easy
  • Notes: I've once saw a hacker who was doing this. Classified this cheat in chances of encountering as low because you can't really see too much players using this in AC.

  • Name: spawnwarp/setspawn/warphack
  • Type: clientside playerhack
  • Description: Allows the player to set his spawn location on the map.
  • Chance of encountering: Low
  • Ease of detection: Easy
  • Notes: I've once saw this one aswell. Classified to low because you don't see someone using it nowadays.

  • Name: rpmhack
  • Type: clientside weaponhack
  • Description: Makes player shoot waaaay faster. Often used with norecoil.
  • Chance of encountering: Medium
  • Ease of detection: Easy
  • Notes: None.

  • Name: spambot
  • Type: clientside textbot
  • Description: This one is not an actual cheat, but it allows the player to send countless (and often pointless) messages without being kicked/banned/muted for spamming. Very annoying.
  • Chance of encountering: Low (in AC), Medium (in other games)
  • Ease of detection: Trivially easy
  • Notes: I've mentioned this one because there are some people who actually use this thing. Not a big deal, really. But it's annoying.
