Yo people,

This is my weightlifting program for 2017, from January to April. It is a 3 days/week fullbody routine, comprised by 50% isolation and 50% compound exercises.

It's a classic old school free-weights routine, you don't need machines, just a barbell, dumbbells and a bench. 3 sets of 10 to 12 repetitions for each exercise.
