This one is for those who like sports. I share my new workout program here, it's really different from the previous one I uploaded. Now I'm using Full Body routines focusing on compound exercises.

I'm using the HLM technique too, read more here and here.

Material used:

Barbell, Dumbbells, bench & incline bench, leg extensions.
